Henry has worked in the hospitality industry for more than fourteen years. Henry’s dedication to delivering the highest quality service and passion for providing customers with the best product possible drove him to open his first venue in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood in 2014. Two Hands, an Aussie café with a focus on great coffee, healthy food, and community, quickly made its mark in NYC, becoming a tourist destination and a favorite for locals. In the following years, three more Two Hands locations have opened in New York City as the concept has expanded to an all-day restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This year, for his first venture out of New York, Henry opened a Two Hands in Austin, Texas.
Henry has a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music, where he gained skills in organizing events and budgets. He is also an avid cook and a farmer of beef, lamb, and pork, which he supplies to his restaurants.
